Transforming Vacant Buildings into Sustainable Homes
We help cities, builders, and communities bring empty spaces back to life — creating affordable, green housing that people can be proud of.
Pilot partnerships are being established. Impact will be measured and shared responsibly.
How It Works
A simple process that communities and cities can follow together.
1) Find empty or underused buildings
Work with local partners to locate vacant or underused properties that could become homes.
2) Plan sustainable renovations
Design energy-efficient, affordable housing with respect for the community and the planet.
3) Fund it together
Bring together public, private, and community support — transparently managed through shared civic tools.
4) Deliver and report
Track and share impact metrics such as homes created, people housed, CO₂ reduced, and local jobs supported.
Rooted in Ancestral Wisdom
Around the world, Indigenous peoples teach that land, water, and people are one living system. Akari Earth carries that wisdom forward — transforming vacant spaces into homes through stewardship, reciprocity, and community care. Our Civic OS is designed to honor relationships: between neighbors and place, data and dignity, present needs and future generations.
