Akari Earth™ is a project in active development. There is currently no registered company operating the site. No commercial offerings are available at this time.

- Any future participation features (if offered) will be under separate, formal documentation and applicable laws.
EOI & Waitlist
Expressions of Interest and waitlist signups are non-binding and informational. Submitting an EOI or joining the waitlist does not create obligations for either party.

All site content (branding, text, visuals, code snippets) is owned by the authors/contributors to Akari Earth™ or their licensors and is protected by applicable IP laws. You may view the site for personal or organizational evaluation. Any reproduction, distribution, or derivative use requires prior written consent unless otherwise permitted by law.

We may integrate or link to third-party services (e.g., FormSubmit, Calendly, Vimeo, YouTube, Plausible). Your use of those services is governed by their terms and privacy policies, which we don’t control.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue lie in the state or federal courts located in Wisconsin, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The effective date appears at the top of this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Miscellaneous
- If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining Terms remain in effect.
- These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding site use.
