This policy covers www.akariearth.com and related pages such as /eoi. It does not cover third-party sites we link to.
What we collect
- EOI form details (organization, role, email, interest, message). Sent via our on-site form.
- Basic usage data (page views, referrers) via privacy-friendly analytics (e.g., Plausible). No cookies by default and no personal profiles.
- Meeting scheduling data when you use Calendly (name, email, chosen time).
How we use your data
- To respond to Expressions of Interest and potential collaboration.
- To schedule and prepare meetings.
- To improve our website and understand interest in our work.
Lawful bases: legitimate interests (partner outreach, platform operations) and, where required, consent.
Sharing & processors
We don’t sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and communications:
- FormSubmit (form relay to email)
- Calendly (meeting scheduling)
- Plausible (privacy-friendly analytics; no cookies by default)
Data may be processed in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards.
Retention & security
- EOI form messages are kept for up to 24 months or until you ask us to delete them.
- We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, but no method is 100% secure.

- Access, correction, deletion. You can ask to see, update, or erase your data.
- Objection or restriction, where applicable.
- Data portability, where applicable.
